More for the pile

Four more books turned up today in the post, two of them for my Seattle trip next month. I've been on a bit of book buying binge since the start of the year and I've now got just over 40 books on the TBR, about half a year's supply at my present rate of reading. I usually try and keep it about around ten to fifteen, so I'm finding this pile a bit overwhelming. What it does mean is that I have great choice as I near the end of whatever book I'm presently reading. Looking forward to these ones in due course.

All these terrible consequences of blogging ;)

In the beginning I enjoyed my growing TBR a lot, but I found that once I had more than 50 books to choose among, it was difficult for me to make up my mind which one to read. So now I am trying to regain the control of my books. I have been VERY GOOD for two months, but let´s see.

None of them are titles I have heard of. So I'll look forward to your reviews :-)

I really enjoyed the Zeltersman. It's a horror novel rather than a crime novel which he usually writes. I'm also a big fan of Emerson's novels.

Zeltserman's book Lorne Field is a real gem. I just finished his latest book Outsourced and I have given it a five star rating. A caper novel with computer geeks, the Russian mob etc.

I'm really looking forward to the Zeltserman book. I've read both Killer and Small Crimes, which were both excellent. I've got Pariah on order and will move to Outsourced in due course.

Dave's book is the best I read last year.
