Lazy Sunday Service

Whatever else happens this week - and it's set to be a busy one - I'm going to have to make some progress on thinking about rurality and crime fiction for the 'Setting the Scene' conference in Belfast on June 15-16th.  I still haven't worked out my angle into the topic.  I'm now going to move from reading rural based crime fiction to the academic literature, seeking inspiration.  Expect reviews this week of C.J. Box's Stone Cold and Agatha Christie's The Sittaford Mystery this week.

My posts this week
Review of A Fine Dark Line by Joe Lansdale
Review of Blue Lightning by Ann Cleeves
May reviews
Guillotine
