Hitting the wall

If you're a regular on this blog, you've probably noticed the posts getting shorter and shorter in the last few weeks.  Basically I've hit the wall of over-commitment.  Running two research institutes and also doing another person's job in the university, plus a load of other project and institutional commitments, has me running around endlessly.  I'm hoping it might ease off by mid-June.  Until then, expect snippet blog posts with occassional reviews.

Rob - I know all bout what it's like to be over-committed at work! I wish you well juggling it all and I always look forward to your posts, no matter their lengths.

Frankly, I suspect most people reading this blog would have hit the wall a long time ago in your position. At least, I would have.

A blog about books should be fun rather than work. I look forward to your time when you can return to fun in the blogosphere.

A master of flash fiction, such as yourself, should have no problem packing meaning and content into a small space. Long or short, I will continue reading.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. The next two weeks are a bit manic, but then hopefully it'll ease down a little. Still managing to read, which is the main thing.
