On Wednesday I submitted the final draft of a new academic book to the publisher, Sage. The Data Revolution: Big Data, Open Data, Data Infrastructures and Their Consequences should be published sometime in the summer. The book started life as a short pocket book, but ended up as a full length manuscript to do justice to the rapid changes taking place and to examine what they mean for science, business and government.
