An advanced copy of
The Twelfth Department by William Ryan turned up in the post yesterday. It's the third installment in the Captain Korolev series set in Moscow in the late 1930s. It's duly been shuttled to the top of the to-be-read pile. The first two books in the series are well worth checking out. Here are links to my reviews of
